A reservation is confirmed once you receive our confirmation and any required deposit or payment is received. Rates are shown per room per night including stated taxes unless noted otherwise. Payment may be made by the methods offered at checkout; unpaid pending bookings may be released after the hold period shown at the time of booking.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details — we use them for booking confirmations and service updates. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or abusively.

Menu items and availability may change without notice. An order is accepted when the outlet confirms it. Applicable service charges and taxes are shown before you place the order.

Do not misuse the site or app: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt service, make fraudulent bookings, or scrape content. Content on this site (text, photography, branding) belongs to the hotel and may not be reused commercially without permission.

We work to keep information on the site accurate but do not guarantee it is always complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Tranquillus Boutique Resort is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. We may update these terms; the version published here applies to new bookings and orders.
