House rules and general policies for a smooth stay at Tranquillus Hotel.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon unless your rate says otherwise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a fee. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required for every adult at check-in.
Reservations, Deposits & Cancellation
Reservations may require a deposit to confirm. Cancellation windows and any charges are shown on your rate at the time of booking and on your confirmation. No-shows may be charged up to the first night. Group bookings and event spaces follow the terms in their contract.
Children & Extra Beds
Children are welcome. Child rates depend on age and are shown during booking; extra beds or cots are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
Smoking, Pets & Noise
Rooms are non-smoking; designated smoking areas are available and a deep-cleaning fee applies to smoking in rooms. Pets are not permitted unless arranged in advance. Please respect quiet hours so every guest rests well; visitors of guests must register at reception.
Dining & Service Charge
Restaurant and bar bills may include a service charge and applicable taxes, shown on your bill. Outside food and drink may not be brought into dining areas.
Property, Damage & Lost Items
Guests are responsible for damage to hotel property beyond normal wear. Please use the in-room safe for valuables; the hotel's liability for unstored valuables is limited by law. Found items are logged and held by housekeeping — contact reception to claim.
